Do I have to pay sales tax?
	California residents need to pay sales tax unless they have a Re-Sale Permit for construction materials. California customers will be charged the sales tax for their location which varies in CA. Customers generating purchase orders for materials to be pick up from supply partners in other states will need to pay sales tax, if required in those states, unless they have an exemption in their state.
I have a question on the charges on my invoice.
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

When will my credit appear on my account?
	Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
	Earth Stone & Rock does maintain credit card merchant accounts and thus does not accept credit card payments or use the services of Pay Pal. Many of our building material products are sold by the weight or cubic yardage and require a "scale ticket" or measurement after loading. Since the totals can vary we find initial ordering is best done with our Purchase Order method. Payment through can made through Bit Coin and Google Wallet as well as cash, check are our methods. We do offer same as cash financing of our sales.
